An appeal is an official request for a decision, made by CAHE, to be reviewed and revised or overturned as a result of a belief that CAHE did not follow one or more of its published policies, procedures and processes, or that a policy was inequitably applied.
Appeals, and any accompanying documentation, must be submitted by the student using the Appeal Request Form. The appeal must be received within five business days from when the student was provided the written decision, and must clearly include the published policy that you believe was not followed or inequitably applied as well as the remedy being sought.
